Lawtonwood is a luxury neighborhood located north of Discovery Park in the Magnolia community of North Seattle. Nestled on a little peninsula overlooking the entrance to the Ship Canal Bridge, these beautiful waterfront homes offer stunning views of Shilshole Bay, Discovery Park and peekaboo views of the Golden Gardens Park in Sunset Hill.
