The Central Area neighborhood, also known as Central District, is north of I-90 and east of I-5 within the city of Seattle. The Central Area has a long tradition of holding a prominent place within the city, thanks largely to its great location with easy access to many different points around Seattle. Real estate listings within this neighborhood frequently reflect the diversity that might be expected within the city – there are a variety of housing types and price ranges represented. Martin Luther King, Jr. Way is the main street that runs through the middle of this neighborhood.
