Why Buy A Home On The Eastside

Eastside is a popular area to purchase real estate due to its proximity to Seattle and the Eastside has some of the best schools in Washington State. Microsoft’s headquarters are out of Redmond and Costco headquarters are out of Issaquah drawing a lot of buyes into the area based on their commute times to work. Most of the homes have larger yards than neighboring Seattle which makes it a great place to raise family.

Bellevue & Kirkland both sit on the waterfront of Lake Washington and both have downtown areas with bars, restaurants and nightlife. Issaquah sits on the base of Tiger Mnt which is popular for hiking and mnt biking.  Issaquah also has on the oldest bars in Wa. State.

Duvall, North Bend, Sammamish, Fall City & Duvall are at the base of the Cascade mountain range and you can generally find homes on acreage and horse property.

If Seattle is to populated but you still want to be close to the city the Eastside is great place to call home.
